Lucinda Turton

Lucinda is experienced in project development and project management. She is experienced in analysing complex situations and developing practical solutions which have buy in with all the people involved.

Throughout her working life Lucinda has developed a great understanding of wellbeing in complex working environments with multiple stakeholders. Lucinda has been involved with evaluation work of educational, human services and youth programs, including evaluation of South Australian Department of Education and Children’s Service’s Learner Wellbeing Framework.

Lucinda is an experienced and qualified teacher and adult educator, including having been a mental health educator. She also has a background in law and mediation studies.

While skilfully engaging all stakeholders, Lucinda has a unique talent for identifying what will bring positive change to an organisation.

Bruce Turton

Bruce comes to Cor Synergy with a wealth of experience as a business development manager for a multinational chemical company. His territory included South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. He also made significant inroads selling to the United States Navy in Guam.

He has extensive experience as both a leader and a trainer of leaders during his 18 years in the Australian Defence Force, as a supervisor and trainer in the pest control industry, and as a small business operator.

He is experienced at strategic planning, project management, staff development, training package development, budget development, logistics and risk management.

Bruce has appreciative eye for dealing with organisations, in other words, working with what you’ve got and enhancing it to achieve your goals.
